Anna Mary ‘Momo’ (Fabian) Marella, 86 of Masontown, PA, died on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at her home. She was born on July 15, 1930 in Filbert, PA, daughter of Andrew and Anna (Vasko) Fabian.

She was the last member of her immediate family, preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard P. Marella, Sr., and siblings, Mary, Stephen, Genevieve, Andrew, Joseph, John, Anna, Francis, and Frances.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish of Masontown, Masontown Senior Center, and the former Rosary Society.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Richard P. Marella, Jr. and wife Deborah of Fairchance, PA, Mary Anne Marella of Tampa, FL, Caroline S. Marella of Masontown, PA, with whom she made her home, Jerome Marella and wife Deborah of Doha, Qatar; grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas, Samantha, Angela, Rachel, Elizabeth, and Hannah; great grandchildren, Terrance, Tristen, and Amelia; numerous nieces and nephews, and beloved companions, Lola and Serafina Rose, Jr.

Friends will be received at the Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA, on Sunday, January 15 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9p.m.; and until 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 16, when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Masontown, PA, with Rev. Father William G. Berkey as celebrant.

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, St. Mary Cemetery, Leckrone, PA.
