Madelyn Ann (Dragan) Krupa, age 95, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday morning, January 8, 2017
She was born on July 11, 1921 in Fairchance, Pa., daughter of Michael and Johanna Dragan.
Prior to her retirement in 1977, Madelyn was a Manager of Brooks Fashion in the Greengate Mall in Greensburg, Pa., and the Uniontown Mall in Uniontown, Pa.
For seven years prior to that she was a buyer at Kaufman’s Department Store in Uniontown, Pa., for 11 years.
She was a member of Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Albert, who passed away on November 19, 1958; son, Richard Louis Krupa at age 6; brothers, William Dragan of Cleveland, Ohio, Richard Dragan of Strongsville, Ohio.
She is survived by her loving son, Albert Dennis and wife Catherine Gail of Columbia, Maryland; brother, Michael Dragan and wife Jerena (Ina) of Orlando, Florida; sister, Rita and husband Gilbert Seese of Scottdale, Pa.; sisters-in-law: Mary Lou Dragan, wife of deceased brother Richard, Dorothy Dragan, wife of deceased brother William, and Ann Puska; many nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors.
Friends will be received in KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pennsylvania Friday, January 13, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday morning until 10:00 a.m. when Parting Prayers will be said.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. in Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown with Rev. Father James D. Tringhese as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in the Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
