By The 1 min read

A North Union Township man is behind bars, accused of shooting a gun into a home with his fiancée and small child.

Michael A. Luckey, 26, of 3rd St., Lemont Furnace, allegedly fired several shots into the home at 2:30 a.m. Thursday. State police said the shooting occurred after he got into a fight with his fiancée over allegations he was cheating on her.

Police said no one was injured, but noted one of the bullets traveled through an upstairs bedroom and into the attic.

Luckey is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure.

He is in Fayette County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bond, and faces a preliminary hearing on July 18.
