Dale C. “Chilly” Williams, 75, of Hopwood Pa., passed away Sunday July 23, 2017 in the Uniontown Health Care & Rehabilitation Center.

He was born November 20, 1941, Thanksgiving Day, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Raymond and Mildred Juban Williams.

He was predeceased by his parents; and one brother and two sisters, James Williams, Margie Duranko, Leslie Keller.

Surviving are his wife Marilyn (Durst) Williams two sons and their spouses: Christopher Williams (Christa) of Atlanta, Georgia and Sean Williams (Amy) of Uniontown, Pa.; four grandchildren: Tyler, Madilyn, Samantha and Easton; numerous nieces and nephews.

Dale was retired from Clyde Mine (Republic Steel) and had been employed with Morris’ Men’s Store, Uniontown.

He was once named the “father” of Fayette County Soccer where he coached and refereed for many years.

He was an avid poker player, enjoyed softball and basketball and loved to watch the Steelers.

Friends will be received in DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa., Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday until 11:00 a.m., the hour of the Service with Rev. Dale Rexrode officiating.

Entombment will follow in Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at LaFayette Memorial Park.
