Raymond Polakovsky, 77, of Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, June 17, 2017.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the GALONE CARUSO FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Pleasant, 724-547-2410. A blessing service will be held at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass in Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C. Church, Mt. Pleasant.
