Douglas Brent Foreman, age 56, of Mill Run, Pa., died on Sunday, June 25, 2017 in Highlands Hospital.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pennsylvania where the family will receive friends today, June 28, from 1 until 3 p.m. and 6 until 9 p.m. and Thursday, June 29, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. followed by a Service Celebrating Doug’s Life at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Roland Maust officiating.

Interment will follow in Indian Creek Baptist Cemetery, Mill Run, Pa.

The family suggest donations in memory of Brent can be made to Nicholson Cancer Fund, 2511 Springfield Pike, Connellsville, PA 15425.
