Richard Walter Powell ‘Dick’, 76, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017
Friends will be received in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m
Additional visitation on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at FAITH ASSEMBLY OF GOD, 609 Morgantown Road, Uniontown, Pa., with Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jason Lamer officiating.
Interment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery Uniontown, Pa., with Full Military Rites and Honors accorded by the North Union Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8543.
Special Services will be conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police Ceremonial Unit.
The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 47 will conduct a Memorial at the funeral home today at 7:00 p.m.
