LaVerne R. Sleasman Fosbrink, 87, of Connellsville, died Monday, October 9, 2017.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., Connellsville, 724-628-1430. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, followed by interment in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
