Lorena E. Spiker Grimm
Lorena E. (Spiker) Grimm, 84, of Uniontown Pa., passed away with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
She was born October 14, 1933 in Wharton Township, Fayette County, Pa., daughter of Artie Blaine Spiker and Agnes (McElroy) Spiker.
Preceding her in death were her parents; loving husband of 65 years, Harry E. Grimm; daughter, Jacqueline McCrum; granddaughter, Beth McCrum; great granddaughter, Laurel Miller; brothers, Eugene Blaine Spiker and Artie Blaine Spiker Jr.; brother -in-law, James Grimm.
Surviving are her son, Harry E. Grimm Jr. “Eddy” and wife Judith; grandchildren: Kenny, Josh, Brent, Rachel, Harry III and Ashley; great grandchildren: Colby, Jocelynn, Felisha, Cheyann, Callie, Kaitlynn, Cora and Elliot; sisters: Louise Rodeheaver and Maxine Field and husband Richard; several nieces and nephews; brothers- in-law: Bill Grimm, Charles Grimm, and Paul Grimm and families and sister-in-law, Shirley Grimm and family.
Lorena was a member of the Walnut Hill United Methodist Church and loved quilting with the Walnut Hill Church Women.
The family received friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., Friday 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Additional visitation will be held in the WALNUT HILL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, Collier Road, Uniontown, today, Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 12 Noon until 1 p.m. The Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Arnold Husk officiating.
Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
