Lawrence “Larry” Scot Kebberly of Lakeland, Florida, formerly of Deer Lake, Pennsylvania born November 27, 1959 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away Thursday, August 24 2017 in Florida

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda (Berry) Kebberly; and brother, Michael.

He is survived by his father, Thomas “JT” Kebberly; brother, Bill; sister, Michele; and two beautiful children: Caroline and Logan.

Larry was part owner of Kau Kau Koner Bars and Restaurants for over 30 years and during that time created a true family out of his loyal staff and regular customers. Kau’s was a stepping stone for many on their way to jobs in the “real world” preparing to take on anything before they left him. Larry was father and brother figure to countless people. He was also a 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor and team trainer of the 1994 Chung Do Kwan World Championship Team at Tae Kwon Do World Championship in London England amongst other numerous awards and accomplishments. He was an incredibly strong fiercely dedicated, hugely respected man who will be missed by more than he could have ever imagined.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 1st, at 11:00 a.m. at HEATH FUNERAL HOME in Lakeland.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Liver Foundation in Larry’s name.
