Clifford Wayne Breckenridge, 84, of Rostraver Township, died Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

Arrangements are being handled by the JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., Belle Vernon, 724-929-7934. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., the time of service, Saturday in the Olive Branch Baptist Church, Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery.
