Doris Jean (Gordon) Leonti, 94, Montgomery Village, Maryland, and formerly of Brownsville, Pa., died on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

She was born August 26, 1923 in Mount Pleasant, Pa., daughter of the late John and Mary Ruth (Wilson) Gordon.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband Hercules Leonti and her sister Mary Deutchki.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother- in-law, Frank Deutchki of Montgomery Village, Maryland; nephews: Frank M. Deutchki and wife Karen of Westerville, Ohio, John Deutchki and wife Diane of Columbia, South Carolina, and Larry Deutchki of Germantown Maryland; also her niece, Jean Deutchki of Germantown, Maryland; plus numerous great nieces and great nephews

As per Jean’s wishes her burial was private in Lafayette Memorial Park Brier Hill, Pa., with Rev. David Chafin officiating.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME, INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, Pa.

Jean’s family thanks the staff of the Sunrise Senior Living facility of Montgomery Village, Maryland.
