Mary Catherine Doyle LaClair
Mary Catherine (Doyle) LaClair, age 89, of Hopwood, Pa., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 in LaFayette Manor
She was born April 17, 1928 in New Salem, Pa., daughter of Joseph T. and Marie (Lynch) Doyle
She was preceded in death by a sister, Philomena Robinson; a brother, Joseph T. Doyle; and her parents.
Mary was a member of Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Parish and retired Operator for Bell Telephone.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Charles R. LaClair; children Charlene Larkin and husband Harry of Pittsburgh, Pa., Cathlene Murtha and husband Thomas of Uniontown, Pa., Charles M. LaClair and husband Michael Toepp of Pittsburgh, Pa.; grandchildren: Tommy and wife Annie, Eric and wife Alaina, Jeff and wife Meghan, and Jordan; great grandchildren: Thomas, Layla, Leo and Jackson; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa., on Monday, April 2, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 until 10 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. in Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 50 Jefferson Street, Uniontown, Pa., with the Rev. Father James D. Tringhese as Celebrant.
Interment will be private.
