Velma Mae Davis “Bum”
Velma Mae “Bum” Davis, age 88, Pittsburgh, Pa., peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 10 2018.
Velma was born in Youngstown, Ohio on December 28, 1929 to Eugene A. Davis and Edna (Coleman) Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Ronald and Phillip; sisters: Phyllis, Lorraine, Lomah, Faye.
Velma is survived by a brother, Gerald (Estelle) Davis of Grindstone, Pa.; stepson, Philip (Erlinda) Davis II of Norfolk, Virginia; stepdaughters: Lynda Davis-Stover Jones of Perryopolis, Pa., Robin Stover of Monessen, Pa., Shawn (Dean) Garland of Pittsburgh, Pa; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives, friends.
Friends will be received Monday, April 16th, from 12 Noon until 1:00 p.m., the hour of the Service at PILGRIM REST BAPTIST CHURCH in Whitsett, Pa
Interment will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery in Belle Vernon, Pa.
