Michael B. Michaux
Michael B. Michaux, age 69, Uniontown, Pa., entered into a new life on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.
He was born April 16, 1948 to Leonard and Mary Michaux of Daisytown, Pa.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Leonard Jr., Gerald, Ralph and Richard; and five sisters, Marie, Mary, Maxine, Marsha and Karen.
He leaves to celebrate his life his fiancee’, Ernestine Brown; his son, Michael Jr. (Cassie) of Uniontown, Pa.; five step daughters: Tracie Price of Pittsburgh, Pa., Denise Robinson of Lancaster, Pa., Tina Biddings and Robin Brown both of Uniontown, Pa., Kizzy Brown of Donora, Pa.; three sisters: Lena Mae Porter of Verona, Pa., Betty Ann Harris of Daisytown, Pa., Sharon Ellis of Uniontown, Pa.; four brothers: Robert and Gregory of Uniontown, Pa., the Reverend Ronald (Andrea) of Connellsville Pa., and Gary (Sue) of Daisytown, Pa.; 15 grand children; six great grand children; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; and his Blessed Friend, Acie Woods.
Michael was a Vietnam Veteran and awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal with ’60 Device Combat Infantryman, Purple Heart, Bronze Star Medal with V Device and the Markmanship Badge Rifle M14.
Mike was the Coach for Cardale Jets 1997 with a 5-1 record.
He was an Umpire for the Mon Valley Youth Pony League.
And last, but not least, Mike LOVED his Sports and Blues.
Visitation on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 4 to 5 p.m. at CALVARY CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, 73 Promise Lane Drive, Coal Center, PA 15423 where Service will be held at 5:00 p.m.
