Barbara Ann Arnold Tomcik
Barbara Ann (Arnold) Tomcik, L.P.N., 60, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018.
Barbara was born on Monday, December 23, 1957, in Brownsville, Pa., daughter of Robert E. Arnold Sr. and the late Veronica (Vaji) Arnold.
In addition to her mother, who passed away in 1994, Barbara was preceded in death by her two sons, David Long and Michael Long; her brother, James Arnold; half brother, Walter Vaji; half sister, Helen Moris.
Barbara worked as an Licensed Practical Nurse for many years before retiring from Brownsville Hospital.
She was a kind and caring person who would give someone the shirt off of her back. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory are her father, Robert E. Arnold Sr.; her brother, Robert E. Arnold Jr. and Marie Bryner; her sister, Donna Daniels; her half sister, Rosemarie Veech;several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., today, August 6, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 until 1:00 p.m., the hour of Service with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.
Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Smock, Pa.
Visitation was also held on Sunday, August 5, from 6 to 8 p.m.
