Michael Joseph Tobak Jr., age 75, Uniontown, Pa., passed away Monday August 6, 2018 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital with his loving family by his side.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., where the family will receive family and friends today Friday, August 10th from 4 until 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday August 11th, 2018 from 9 until 10 a.m. followed by a Blessing Service at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the American Lung Association.
