Helen Jean (Kekely) Harvey, 75, Brownsville, Pa., passed away at home Tuesday, August 21, 2018
She was born Sunday, November 1, 1942 in Brownsville, Pa., the daughter of Stephen and Isadora Redmond Kekely
Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George “Yoe” Harvey Jr.; son, Harry Kekely; granddaughter, Ashley Barcus; and a sister, Elsie Joseph.
Helen drove bus for Brownsville Bus Lines for 13 years.
She loved to go camping, sewing and crafts, and spending time with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Shawn Nowakowski and wife Tina of Maxwell, Pa. Miriam Nowakowski and partner Tony Popiesh of West Brownsville, Pa., and Julie Carnathan and husband Sean of Brownsville, Pa.; three grandchildren: Shawn Nowakowski Jr. and his wife Victoria, John Nowakowski, Amanda Nowakowski; great granddaughter, Suzanna Nowakowski; sister, Barbara Richards; niece, Apryl Viale and husband David; and two nephews: Drew Richards and his wife Heather and Sylvester Richards.
Professional services and arrangements are in the care of NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, Pa.
