Edward E. Bierer, age 69, of Chalk Hill, Pa., passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Edward was born on Friday, February 4, 1949 in Uniontown, Pa., son of late Earl E. Bierer and Olga S. (Delong) Bierer.

Edward was a 1967 graduate of Uniontown High School and a member of the Third Presbyterian Church.

Edward worked as a Computer Technician for the Herald-Standard Newspaper.

Left to cherish Edward’s memory are his wife, Cindy (Robinson) Bierer; and sons, Douglas Bierer and Matthew Bierer both of Chalk Hill.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pennsylvania where family and friends will be received Friday, August 24th, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. followed by a Service Celebrating Edward’s Life at 4:00 p.m The Reverend Ronald Johnson will officiate.
