Charles H. Brocco
Charles H. Brocco, age 65, of Hopwood, PA, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Charlie was born in Connellsville, PA on July 2, 1953 son of the late Charles H. Brocco and Emma Gary Brocco. In addition to his parents, Charlie is preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Brocco.
Charlie was a 1971 graduate of Uniontown High School. He was a member of Hopwood Free Methodist Church. Charlie worked for Sprouts Savage Yard for many years before his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Left to cherish Charlie’s memory are his wife Karen Porterfield Brocco of Hopwood, PA and four sons, Charles E. Brocco and wife Jeannie of Jacksonville, NC, Christopher S. Brocco of Latrobe, PA, Brandon Brocco of Vanderbilt, PA, and Shane M. Brocco and fiancee` Nikki of Normalville, PA; two grandchildren, Tova E. Brocco of South Bend, IN and Simon M. Brocco of Normalville, PA; step-grandsons, Robbie and Luke Arvin of Normalville, PA; a brother, Richard L. Brocco of Jacksonville, NC; two sisters, Sharon L. Rich and husband Elmer of Smock, PA and Beverly J. Baker of Jacksonville, NC.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. It was Charlie’s request that services would be private.
