Francis Patrick Smith “Bird”
Francis Patrick Smith, age 69, of Smock, Pa., passed away from leukemia on Sunday, February 4, 2018 in the UPMC Shadyside Hospital with his family by his side.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m and Saturday, February 10, 2018 until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. at The Historic Church of Saint Peter, Brownsville, Pa., with Rev. Father Timothy J. Kruthaupt as the Celebrant.
Interment will follow in the Saint Nicholas Byzantine Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to your charity of choice in Fran’s name.
