Jared S. Whoric, 29, formerly of Connellsville, Pennsylvania died unexpectedly on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at his home in West Palm Beach, Florida.

He was born January 28, 1988 in Latrobe, Pa., son of Randall Whoric of Connellsville, Pa., and Donna (Beaver) Whoric of New Stanton, Pa.

Jared was a 2006 graduate of Connellsville Area High where he lettered on the Varsity Swim team and worked with the Set Crew of CAHS musicals.

He attended Westmoreland Community College and the Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, New York.

He later worked at Word of Life New York and in Pichi Trawful, Argentina as a Chef.

Previously, Verizon Wireless and Red Carpet Limousine employed him

Most recently, he was employed by Family Church in West Palm Beach, Florida.

He attended Pennsville Baptist Church when living in Pennsylvania.

Besides his parents, Jared is survived by his loving brother, Nathan Whoric and his wife Amanda (Myers) Whoric. Also left to treasure his memory are aunts and uncles including Dr. and Mrs. William (Susan) Beaver of Bear Rocks, Pa., Mr. and Mrs. Gregory (Judie) Beaver, Mr. and Mrs. John (Debbie) Brosh and Mr. and Mrs. Barry (Lisa) Whoric all of Scottdale, Pa. He is also survived by special cousins Rebekah (Bill) Spader, Jonathan Brosh, Christopher (Eunice) Beaver, and Michael (Gilda) Beaver, and Brandon Whoric, Bethany Whoric, Brittany Whoric, Bradley Whoric; as well as many friends.

Family and Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m and Wednesday, January 24, from 12 Noon to 1:00 p.m., the hour of a Funeral Service in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 East Green St., Connellsville, PA 15425 (724.628.1430) with Dr. Terry V. Murray officiating.

A Private Committal Service for the family will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, Pennsylvania.

Donations may be made to the Eagle Ranch Ministries, Inc., 1579 Pleasant Valley Road, Mount Pleasant, PA 15666 in memory of Jared S. Whoric.
