Reverend Dr. Daniel W. Atwood, Sr., 79 years of Smock, PA went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 1, 2018. He passed away peacefully at his residence with his loving wife and family by his side.
Friends will be received in the SHELL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM and on Saturday from 1 to 2:30 PM. in the Christ United Methodist Church, corner of Beeson Ave. and Fayette St. Funeral services will begin at 2:30 PM with Rev. Jim Wittington, Rev. Robert Harrington, Rev. Leonard Atkins and Rev. Emily Byrd officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
