An arrest warrant was issued for a Monessen man who allegedly robbed a Connellsville family with a gun when two toddlers were home in 2017.

Terrance James Stepoli, 26, of Grand Boulevard was allegedly one of three people to rob the South 8th Street home Aug. 29.

A man at the home was reportedly pistol-whipped by Stepoli, and treated at Highlands Hospital for injuries, along with another person who was home at the time. He told police the man went through his pockets and stole $300 cash, according to the affidavit.

The second robber reportedly held a gun to a victim’s head and demanded keys to a car. The third man reportedly stole a gun from inside the car, and the three fled, court paperwork said.

Three children, two of them under 3 years old and one age 14, were home at the time of the robbery.

Stepoli is charged with seven counts each of robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person and one count each of burglary, theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property and terroristic threats.

Charges were filed Friday before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
