Frank John Csaplik Jr., age 62, of New Salem, Pa. passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at his home.

He was born on Saturday, October 29, 1955 a son of the late Frank Sr. and Marselle J. (Sheranek) Csaplik.

Frank is survived by his siblings: Eugene (Susan), Michael (Cathy) and Rita; and many nieces and nephews.

Frank’s interment in Saint Thomas Cemetery, Footedale, Pa., was held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 and his professional funeral services where entrusted to the KISH- FABRY FUNERAL HOME INC., New Salem.
