Thomas John Chetosky
Thomas John Chetosky , 27, of McClellandtown, passed away May 17, 2018 at his home.
He was born in Uniontown, PA on August 31, 1990, the son of John and Clara Jean (Simon) Chetosky Jr.
“Tommy” was a 2008 graduate of Albert Gallatin High School and was currently serving as a Specialist in the PA Army National Guard; where he served in Jordan for 11 months. He was currently attending California University where he enjoyed playing on the Rugby Team.
He was a Life Scout and enjoyed bull riding.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, John and Betty Jean Simon and John and Ann Chetosky.
In addition to his parents, left to cherish his memory are his loving daughter, Baili Ambrielle Chetosky, who was his pride and joy; his loving girl friend Holly Raymond; brother, Tyler Rockwell and fiancee Jennie Anderson of McClellandtown, PA; sisters: Amanda Chetosky of McClellandtown, PA. and Samantha (Greg) Say of Charlottesville, VA; nieces and nephews: Vicki, Jacob, Cassidy, Hunter and Meadow; many aunts, uncles and friends.
Friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 2 – 8 p.m. and Monday until 10:00 a.m. the hour of Service in the Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor F. Lee McDermott officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Trust Fund for Baili Ambrielle Chetosky, 3258 Old McClellandtown Rd, McClellandtown, PA 15458.
Interment in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, PA.
Military Rites will be accorded at the grave site by the PA Army National Guard .
