Patrick S. Dowdell
Patrick S. Dowdell, age 61, of Masontown, PA, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018.
He was born in Johnstown, PA on December 17, 1956 son of the late Leroy Dowdell and Lenora Mayer Dowdell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Adrian Dowdell and Timothy Dowdell and sister, Mary Wilkins.
Patrick was a 1974 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School. He owned and operated a repair garage.
Left to cherish Patrick’s memory are his brothers, Roy Dowdell and wife Linda of Greenburg, NY and Jeff Dowdell and wife Janet of Mechanicsburg, VA; sisters Barbara Donaseck of Uniontown, PA, Paula Ruane and husband Larry of Harrisburg, PA and Maureen Dowdell of New York, New York and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. followed by a service celebrating Patrick’s life with Father Anthony Klimko officiating. Interment will be private
The family suggest donations in memory of Patrick can be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
