Jeffrey M. Mehok, age 54 of Monessen, Pa., and formerly of Hopwood Pa., passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

He was born July 26, 1964 in Uniontown, Pa., son of Doris Kahl Mehok and the late Robert J. Mehok.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Cynthia Decker Mehok; a son, Michael J. Mehok and wife Tori of Austin, Texas; great aunt, Bertha Durst of Hopwood Pa.; and his beloved pet Klaus Von Sark.

Jeffrey was a member of B.P.O.E. 773 Monessen and was a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School, Class of 1982.

As per his wishes, all services will be private.

Interment will be in Mount Macrina cemetery
