Sandra K. (Smillie) Coffman, age 72, of Carmichaels, Pa., died on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in her home.

Mrs. Coffman was born on Saturday, January 12, 1946 in Waynesburg, Pa., the daughter of Samuel H. Smillie and Alice Smillie Beringo.

Sandra was a graduate of Cumberland Township High School in 1963.

She worked for many years as a garment worker at Masontown (Pa.) Manufacturing.

She was a member of the Triumphant Church near McClellandtown, Pa

Mrs. Coffman is survived by a brother -in-law, Art Cerullo Sr. of Masontown, Pa.; a niece, Faith Riggen; a nephew, Art Cerullo Jr. (Mary); great nieces: Hayley Riggen, Amber Riggen, and Christina Williams; and great nephews: Aidon Williams and Cason Williams.

Deceased are her parents; her husband, William “Bill” Coffman; and her sister, Charlotte (Teddi) Cerullo.

Friends will be received in the PAUL M. LESAKO FUNERAL HOME INC., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, PA 15320 (724.966.5100) today, October 29, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. and on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 9 to 10 a.m. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Interment follows in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg, Pa.
