Route 8042 Bridge Closure, West Brownsville – Washington County
Uniontown, PA – PennDOT District 12 would like to advise motorists of the closure of the bridge that carries the eastbound ramps (Route 8042) over US 40 at the West Brownsville/California Exit. Both eastbound on and off ramps will be closed starting on Monday, March 25 at 7AM through early October.
The closures will allow crews to replace the bridge structure along with replacement of mountable concrete divisor and other miscellaneous work.
A detour will be posted using Route 88, Market Street and Route 40. The westbound on ramp from Route 88 will remain open.
