Jennie Miller
Jennie “Sis” Miller, 61, of Uniontown, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019, in Uniontown Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Jen was a 1975 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School. She was employed by Laurel Highlands School District. Jennie loved working with the grade school children and left a lasting impression on many.
Sis loved to cook and spend time with her grandkids.
Sis was born October 11, 1957, a daughter of Allan and Beverly Barnhart David.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Allan B David Jr.
She is survived by her loving husband, John P. Miller; daughter Jenelle Wall and husband Dan; son John P. Miller Jr; four grandchildren, Sidney and Alexis Grimm, and Tyler and Bryan Wall; brother James R. David and wife Mary; and sister Rhonda Hellein and husband Dale Jr.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, and from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, at which time a blessing service will be held by the Rev. Father El-Badaoui Habib. Interment will be private.
