Candice R. Allison Kocak, 57, of Uniontown, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, with her family by her side.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, where the family will receive friends from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, October 18, followed by a service celebrating Candy’s life at 8 p.m. with Pastor Frank Menhart officiating. The interment will be private.
