Arrest made in Connellsville Area Community Ministries burglary
A man has been charged for allegedly burglarizing Connellsville Area Community Ministries early Sunday.
John A. Batronis Sr., 54, of Connellsville allegedly broke through the front door with a rock and stole a glass donation jar, a safe and other items.
He is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. Batronis was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr., who set bail at $20,000. Batronis remains in Fayette County Prison, unable to post bail.
