Dunbar man charged in alleged sex assault
A Dunbar Township man is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile in 2020.
According to court records, Billy Joe Wilson is currently incarcerated in SCI-Fayette on similar charges.
State police filed a felony charge of indecent assault against Wilson, 34, on Wednesday.
According to the criminal complaint, police spoke to the alleged victim in February who said that Wilson would inappropriately touch her at a home in the 100 block of Eighty Acres Road, Dunbar Township. The child was 12 to 13 years old at the time.
Wilson is scheduled to be arraigned at 11 a.m. July 25. A preliminary hearing has not been scheduled.
