Carol A. Hickey, 79, of Uniontown, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023, peacefully at home with loving family.

Carol was born on January 3, 1944, in Castle Shannon, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Couch Bryan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Suzie Debold and Sandy Bottorff.

Carol is survived by her husband, Richard Hickey; children, Richard Hickey Jr. of Elizabeth and Lori Hickey of Baldwin; grandchildren: Bryan, Matthew, Joseph and Maria Hickey, and Amanda Potanko; siblings: Arlene Frantz and husband, Bill of Ohio, Roy Edward Bryan of Florida, Sally Woystek of Finleyville, John “Jack” Woystek and wife, Sharon of Pa. and Scott Woystek of Baldwin; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will be received in the DEGUSIPE FUNERAL HOME, Dolfi Chapel, 65 N. Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, November 3, 2023. A service will be held in the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. with Pastor Bryan Kelley officiating. Interment is private.
