It seems witches and other oddities don’t just come out at night. The sun was shining bright along the river Saturday, and the Monongahela Aquatorium was full of witches, warlocks and other haunts for the 2024 Witch Fest. The annual event features vendors with spooky, creepy and weird wares, dancing and a costume and cackling contest.
