Connellsville man indicted for producing child sexual abuse material
A Connellsville man was indicted in federal court Tuesday on charges he produced and distributed material depicting the sexual abuse of children.
James Paul Schwarz, 37, faces two charges, according to the Department of Justice.
The indictment states that about October 2022 to September 2023, Schwarz took pictures and videos of a minor engaged in sexual conduct and shared them with others, according to the DOJ.
Schwarz faces 15 to 30 years in prison if he is found guilty.
