Man denied bail after allegedly breaking into Bullskin Township home

A man is accused of breaking into his mother-in-law’s home Bullskin Township, stealing a Jeep, and crashing it into nearby trees.
State police allege that on Sunday around 6:30 p.m., Zachary Marsala, 44, of Sunland, Calif., broke windows at Angela Stoyanoff’s home located at 150 Redwood Road.
According to the criminal complaint, after several threats were exchanged between Marsala and an unidentified man at the home, Marsala’s wife gave him the keys to a 2020 Jeep Compass.
Police contended Marsala hit another vehicle parked in the driveway and drove off before losing control of the Jeep and crashing into several trees in a wooded area. He allegedly fled the scene, but was located about 100 yards away by a police K-9.
His wife Delina Marie Marsala reportedly told police that she repeatedly told her husband not to come to the Bullskin Township home. She also told police she has a court order from California that does not allow her husband to take their daughter.
Zachary Marsala is currently being housed at the Fayette County jail. District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr. denied bond because Marsala is a threat to the alleged victims, according to the court docket.
Marsala is charged with felony counts of burglary, robbery, theft, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing, and misdemeanor counts of simple assault and harassment.
