Drug conspiracy: Darion Seehoffer, 20, of Uniontown is accused by the Fayette County Bureau of Investigation of trying to sell a brick of heroin laced with fentanyl to a confidential informant in November, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday. Police said the informant met Seehoffer at a vape shop on Connellsville Street in Uniontown and purchased the drugs for $250. Seehoffer is currently being housed at the Fayette County jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing in front of District Judge Jason Cox is scheduled for later this month.

Unlicensed firearm: Christopher Gaydos Jr., 19, of Uniontown fired a gun on Caney Valley Road after leaving a fight he had with his girlfriend’s brother on Tuesday, court paperwork alleged. According to police, during an altercation between Gaydos and Haiden Brown, Gaydos’s gun fell to the ground. He reportedly picked up the gun, drove away, and then stopped on Caney Valley Road, where he got out of his vehicle and fired it. Gaydos, who police said does not have a concealed carry permit, is being housed at the Fayette County jail in lieu of $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing before District Judge Nathan Henning is scheduled later this month.
