The suspect in a Rostraver Township homicide cut the electricity to the victim’s home before entering and stealing several valuables, according to court documents filed by Westmoreland County detectives.

Investigators charged Dorian Coral Jeri-Greene Monday with criminal homicide, robbery, burglary and theft by unlawful taking. Jeri-Greene is accused of shooting and killing 24-year-old Jennah Marie Seibert in her home at 400 Lenity School Road the morning of April 11.

Charging documents state that Seibert had been shot multiple times in the head, face and torso by an AR-15.

Seibert lived at the house with her fiance, Bryan Murray. According to the criminal complaint, surveillance footage captured Jeri-Greene walking across the Monessen-Donora Bridge toward the home at about 3:18 a.m. the morning of shooting.

Murray left for work at about 7:41 a.m. Jeri-Greene, 39, is seen on the home’s surveillance system leaving a storage shed and approaching the house while carrying an AR-style rifle several minutes later, court paperwork states.

According to the complaint, the security system stopped recording when electricity to the home was cut off.

Murray called 911 after finding Seibert’s body at about noon. He and Seibert’s father had gone to the home after they were unable to get in contact with her. They found the house’s electrical meter had been removed from its housing.

Charging documents state that Murray reported that Seibert’s Lexus SUV had been stolen along with several pieces of jewelry.

Investigators found a damaged gun safe in the home’s basement and believe that Jeri-Greene attempted to force it open.

Police obtained a search warrant for the safe and found the components for the home surveillance system and multiple firearms. According to the complaint, also in the safe were marijuana and drug paraphernalia, “indicative of drug distribution.”

At about 8:41 a.m. traffic cameras caught Seibert’s vehicle travelling across the Monessen-Donora bridge toward Donora. Investigators were able to track the vehicle’s movement from there to Monongahela. At 9:22 a.m. Jeri-Greene entered the 7-Eleven store at 200 Dry Road, Monongahela, and purchased cigarettes.

Rostraver police located Seibert’s vehicle in a parking lot near the intersection of Sycamore and Morton Streets in New Eagle.

Charging documents do not provide information on whether investigators have located the murder weapon. Melanie Jones, spokesperson for the Westmoreland County district attorney’s office, declined to provide any additional information.

Court records indicate that Jeri-Greene had been staying at 32 Lookout Ave., Monongahela, with Zachary Glover. Glover told investigators that Jeri-Greene lived in a detached garage on the property. He also identified Jeri-Greene as the individual in surveillance footage from 7-Eleven.

According to the complaint, Glover recounted a conversation with Jeri-Green in which he referred to Murray and Seibert’s home as a “good money house” and that he wanted a “piece of that.”

Glover told investigators that Jeri-Greene left on April 14 with his mother to her home in Maryland, and may have been headed to Florida afterwards.

Court records state that on May 6 investigators learned that Jeri-Greene had sold several pieces of jewelry to a pawn shop in Tampa, Fla., while providing his Pennsylvania ID and a Tampa address.

Murray identified a 14-karat gold chain that had been sold to the pawn shop as belonging to Seibert, and provided investigators with a receipt.

Last week, Tampa Police Department arrested Jeri-Greene on a fugitive warrant for an unrelated case in Washington County. Donora police charged Jeri-Greene in February with felonies of burglary, robbery and criminal trespass. Charging documents in that case accuse Jeri-Greene of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s house in the 200 block of Allen Avenue and assaulting her.

Records from the Hillsborough County, Fla., sheriff’s office indicate that Jeri-Greene remains incarcerated there and is awaiting extradition to Washington County.
