A former Uniontown Fight Club instructor was charged in two new cases after a third alleged sexual assault victim came forward, and after police reportedly found guns and steroids in his Hopwood home.

William Kenneth Bosley Jr., 49, of Coddington Place was arraigned Monday afternoon on the additional charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, photographing/filming/depicting on computer child sex acts, criminal use of a communication facility, two counts of indecent assault, possession of a firearm prohibited, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of steroids and possession of a controlled substance.

Bosley allegedly sexually assaulted three members of his gym who were children at the time, with crimes spanning 2010 to April 2017.

State police believe Bosley may have had additional victims. They are asking anyone else who was sexually assaulted by Bosley to come forward by calling police at the Uniontown barracks at 724-439-7111.

“If there are additional victims, or if you believe you were victimized by Mr. Bosley and you don’t know what direction to turn or what to do, Fayette County has excellent resources that can help you. State police can point you toward those resources,” said Tpr. Robert Broadwater. “If you’re afraid to come forward, don’t be afraid.”

The Herald-Standard does not identify those who allege they are victims of sexual assault.

The third alleged victim reported to state police Dec. 12 Bosley sexually assaulted her multiple times at his Hopwood home when she was 17. She said he invited her to his house to watch a fight. She believed other people would be there, police said. The woman, now 18, said she was taking a shower when Bosley came in uninvited and touched her inappropriately, and then forced her to touch his genitals.

The woman told police she was eventually able to push him away. Because the woman believed others would be there, her mother agreed to let her stay the night, police said. The woman told police she stayed, and in the morning, Bosley performed a sex act on her without her consent.

Police said the woman indicated she told him to stop three times, and he had a grip on her legs.

The teen told police she was a club member since 2014 when she was 14, and Bosley was her trainer. In the first year, she described Bosley as “a mentor.” When she turned 15, he allegedly began sending her text messages commenting on her body. He put her on a diet plan and asked for photographs to see her progress, saying he could see the progression better if she was nude. He allegedly sent her pictures of himself naked, with his genitals blurred out.

Bosley confessed to the two previous sexual assaults which were filed earlier this month, according to police.

The first alleged victim came forward Dec. 6. According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in that case, which was previously sealed, Bosley sexually assaulted her between 2012 and 2016 at his house and at the Uniontown Fight Club, both in North Union Township at the time. She joined the club when she was 13, and said they “developed a friendship.” When she was 14 he began texting her, which she interpreted as friendliness until he allegedly began texting her about sex. He told her “he wanted to learn about her body and suggested he teach her,” according to court documents.

“He explained that if she did sexual acts with him first she’ll understand her body and what to do with another guy,” state police wrote in the affidavit.

He reportedly texted her to “tell her what he was going to do to her, so she would know what to expect.” She told police the first assaults happened in his office at the gym at night after everyone else left. She said he touched her breasts and vagina and performed a sex act on her. She reported the assaults progressed at his home, several times a month when she was still 14. He allegedly performed a sex act on her, telling her to put a pillow over her face “so she didn’t have to see him,” police wrote.

He also allegedly asked her for nude photographs and videos and allegedly sent her nude photographs and videos in exchange.

When she was between 15 and 17, he allegedly forced sex on the girl multiple times at a house in Shoaf, police alleged.

The second victim, who reported Bosley to state police last weekend, told police he sexually assaulted her multiple times when she was 15. Bosley allegedly forced sex on the girl in his car along the road in Dunbar and at the gym. She said he coerced her into performing oral sex on him, telling her he would put her on fight lists or give her additional training in exchange.

State police conducted a search warrant at Bosley’s home Dec. 7, after the first victim came forward. There, they allegedly found 10 vials of suspected steroids, about 100 suspected steroid pills, hypodermic needles and syringes, a New Frontier Armory AR-15 rifle, a Sturm Ruger 30.06 bolt-action rifle with a scope, and a .22-caliber Sig Sauer pistol.

Bosley is a convicted felon and cannot possess a weapon. He was charged in 2000 for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. He pleaded guilty to both charges March 27, 2001 and was sentenced to serve nine to 23 months in prison.

Bail was set at $100,000 in both of Bosley’s new cases. Court documents indicate he has not posted bond and remains in Fayette County Prison. In the previous two cases, he was released within 24 hours of his arraignments after posting bail. Bail was set at $75,000 in the first case and $100,000 in the second case.

He is being represented by private attorney Benjamin Goodwin of Uniontown.
