A Mill Run man spent a night in jail after he allegedly assaulted troopers who were responding to a call from his 14-year-old daughter, saying he pushed her and shoved her mom’s head into a wall.
Aaron Michael Noble, 39, of 721 Mill Run Road is charged with two counts of simple assault and one count each of aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
According to court filings, the girl called police at about 12:45 p.m. Monday. State police found the girl’s mom, Mindy Noble, with a large lump on her head and three children at home. Police said Aaron Noble screamed at them, saying they were not permitted in his house and walked toward them, ignoring commands to stop. While the officers placed him in handcuffs, he allegedly kicked Troopers Joshua Wiskeman and Jonathon Sutton “numerous times.” During a police interview, Noble admitted to walking toward the officers but claimed “nothing happened.”
Bail was set in two separate cases with a total amount of $15,000, which was posted Tuesday.
