Donna Lee Groves, 68, of Brownsville, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024, in WVU Uniontown Hospital.

Donna was born on December 9, 1955, in Brownsville, a daughter of Daniel John and Rose Popiesh Kronick.

Donna was a member of the Weslyan Methodist Church of Grindstone. She loved to read, and collect books, bake, and spend time with her family.

Donna is survived by her husband and love of her life, James Groves; sisters: Mary Ann Hutchinson, Rose Hillman (David) and Betty Lou Pearson (Donald); a brother, Daniel Kronick; special nieces, Christie (Edwin) and Brianna Keffer (Stanley); nephews: Donald Hutchinson, Daniel Kronick, Johnathan Kronick and Johnny Cowger; niece, Heather House (Jason); and several great-nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friend, Allen Newcomer.

Arrangements are under the direction of the DEGUSIPE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 65 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private. A memorial service with be held in memory of Donna at a later date with the reverend Truitt officiating.
