Robert William Pritts, 86, of Brownsville, went to be with his Lord Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in Ruby Memorial Hospital. Robert was born August 11, 1938, in West Brownsville, to the late Ward L. and Edith L. McClelland Pritts.
Robert was a member of the South Brownsville Volunteer Fire Company #1 for over 52 years, and a member of the Fort Burd United Presbyterian Church in Brownsville.
Robert was a former truck driver for the Green Thumb Trucking Inc.
Robert enjoyed his beach vacations to Myrtle Beach and spending those times with his late wife and family, who will miss him dearly.
Surviving to cherish Robert’s memory are his sons, Bobby (Kim) Ward Pritts, and Matthew (Tiffany) Pritts; his 10 grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren and one on the way; along with his numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by the love of his life of 55 years, his wife, Bonnie Pritts, who passed away nine years ago; and his daughter, Tracy Christensen.
Arrangements, held privately for the family, have been entrusted to NOVAK-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA 15417.
