Josephine Ozanick Vaccaro

Josephine “Joyce” Ozanick Vaccaro, 81, of Parma, Ohio, formerly of Royal, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023.
She was born March 19, 1942, a daughter of the late William and Anna Ozanick and the wife for 60 years of the late Nicholas F. Vaccaro, who preceded her in death October 18, 2023.
Joyce graduated from Redstone High School in 1960.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by her children, Nicholas L. (Isabel) Vaccaro, Michael W. Vaccaro, Maggie Shamp, all of Parma; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Norman; a sister, Irene; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews, cousins and friends. She is also survived by her brother- in-law, L. Arthur (Lois) Vaccaro of McClellandtown; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann (Paul) Saluga of Uniontown.
A memorial service for the immediate family will be held at a later date.
