Willard Lee Lively, Sr., 57, of Masontown, unexpectedly passed Thursday, January 4, 2024, in WVU Hospital, Uniontown, surrounded by family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Grey; children, Gale Grey III, Brandon Lively, Jeffrey Quiggle, Jr., Willard Lively, Jr., Marlys Lively; his grandchildren, Carleigh Quiggle, Landon Opfer, Levi Lively, Carly Lively, Ellie Manchas, Jerrilynn Manchas, Kinsley Lively, Isiah Grey, Miri Grey; mother, Marlys (Keeling) Lively, his siblings, Regina McBride, Velvet Lively, Jimmy Lively, Wesley Lively; along with several nieces and several nephews.
He gave in death as he did in life, through his organ donation.
Friends were received from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, January 7, in the TERRAVECCHIA-HAKY HOME FOR FUNERALS, INC., 515 N. Main Street, Masontown, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, January 8.
No graveside service will be held.
