William B. “Brad” Sanders, 70, of Fairchance, passed away peacefully, in his home, with his family, Sunday, December 31, 2023.
Brad was born September 3, 1953, to William and Nora Sanders of McClellandtown. He was a graduate of German Township High School Class of ’71.
Brad was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Dana J. Sanders; his son, William Joseph Sanders; his sister, Cindy Fazenbaker; and his parents, William and Nora Sanders.
Brad is survived by his son and daughter- in-law, Eric Sanders and wife Kristi of Charles Town, W.Va.; his two grandchildren, Aubrey and Greyson, whom he loved very much. Also surviving are his brothers, Dennis and wife Renee Sanders, Michael and wife Kelly Sanders; and his sister, Twila Lucosh and husband Joseph, all of McClellandtown; his sister-in- law, Lana Kolesar and husband Tony; and his mother-in-law, Ruthann Paull of Uniontown. Brad also leaves behind his second wife of five years, Sharon Sanders of Fairchance.
Brad will be sadly missed by his wife, Sharon; many family, friends, nieces and nephews; and one of his closest friends, George Lindsey.
The family would like to thank all of the wonderful staff of Amedisys Hospice Care especially the nurses: Nicole, Lindsey, Robyn, Ashley, Darlene and Crystal; the support staff: Amanda, Heather, Darla and Pastor Mike. Thank you for the care you provided to my father in his final months. We love you and appreciate everything you do.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Brad’s life beginning at 12 noon on Saturday, February 10, in the Oak Grove Church of Christ, 4723 Morgantown Road, Lake Lynn.
