Albert S. Rosso, 79, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Herbet, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024, in Florida.

He was born February 11, 1945, in Herbert, a son of the late Nick and Anna Fabian Rosso.

He is survived by a son, Allen Rosso of Philadelphia; and a brother, Edward Rosso of Uniontown.

Albert was a graduate of Redstone High School Class of 1963.

He had been the owner of Rosso Ford-Mercury car dealership in Shelby, Ohio and then two other dealerships in Ohio. He then went to work for a large Toyota dealership in Richmond, Va. until he retired.

He was always a stickler for details. He was a member of the National Automobile Association and a member of the U.S. Army Reserves.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 25, and at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, when prayers of transfer will be held, in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in St. John’s Roman Catholic Church.

Interment will be held at a later date in Mt. Macrina Cemetery.
