Rusty Allen Skinner, 48, of Grindstone, passed unexpectedly, in his home, Friday, April 26, 2024. He was born April 30, 1975, in Brownsville, a son of Deborah and the late Charles Skinner, III.

He was an avid outdoors man, enjoying fishing and hunting. He was a welder by trade.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, River Skinner; mother, Deborah Skinner; his girlfriend, Mai Brna; brothers, Ronald Skinner and Charles Skinner, IV; sister, Rebecca Cieszynski; along with several nieces and nephews and their families.

As per Rusty’s wishes, services will be private and in the care of the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, Brownsville.
