Gerald A. Slampak, 74, of Uniontown, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024, in his home.
Visitation was held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 8, in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood. Visitation continues from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 9, when prayers of transfer will be held followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Nativity R.C. Church.
